Our history:

In 1950 Leonardo Bordils arrived in France followed by his brother Jesus few months later.

Coming from the area close to Valencia in Spain, the two brothers wanted to develop the imports and sales of citrus from this land that were already appreciated in Paris by that time. 

In the beginning, their little company was based in the gross market of Paris that used to be in the city centre before moving on to new facilities in Saint Maur des Fossés.

This new warehouse was already equipped for the ripening of bananas, so they decided to develop this new activity. 

In 1969, Ets Bordils was relocated to the International Market of Rungis in the E3 building where they are still based. 

The company is now managed by Jesus Bordils, son and nephew of the founders. With the help of 15 employees, the company is still continuing its activities of ripening bananas and importing citrus from Spain. To satisfy as much as possible their clients all year long, Ets Bordils is also developing its range of fruits. 

For more than fifty years, our rigour and our demands have created our image which we strive to maintain and constantly improve.
